One of the most common investigative assignments we do is surveillance. We find that surveillance is a very effective tool to obtain intelligence for a legal or private matter. We have many years of experience in conducting surveillance for family law and civil cases, including corporate matters. Our investigators have extensive experience in blending in with different environments and able to document a pattern of conduct for use in a legal case. We utilize the latest technology, including low-light/night-vision technology; hidden surveillance cameras to document situations during different times of the day. Our agency conducts both stationary and mobile surveillance.
For surveillance assignments, we recommend a minimum of 20 hours to obtain a pattern of evidence and documentation to use in court, especially in family law cases, child custody matters and cohabitation investigations.
